What is the best skill set up for any characters for Star Ocean: till the end of time?
well i just want to know what skill set up will be the best, preferably for Fayt, Cliff, Nell, or Sophia, but any more skill set ups will be greatly appreciated. Other than that i just need to know what set up is really good for destroying enemies, if it helps i am on planet Styx and and i am able to teleport to wherever, also i am almost to level 50.
Fayt- Side Kick is always useful, it can work as both X and O short range, but it starts getting off target on smaller enemies. You could use Side Kick X, Charge O for really fast damage, but it wipes your HP pretty fast.
Cliff- He's a fiend. Increase HP damage on short X, Aerial Assault on short O, and anything else to bump his passive damage like critical HP damage, or maybe No Guard if you want an offense fiend.
Nell- Whirlwind, no questions asked. That's her power skill right there.
Sophia- Ouch... er.. Whatever you prefer, she's a bit tough to use until high levels when she gets the real fiendish symbology.
One other tip- Maria is awesome with a good gun. Scatter Beam is slick for fast damage, but you must be close, whereas Aiming Device is good for MP kills on really low MP enemies, and gives you some distance while Fayt and Cliff tear in up close.
Get yourself a Laser Weapon ASAP and fuse an Orichalcum and a Brownie Stone and start refining it. Expensive and tough, but even +500 ATK x2 and +2 attacks... Phew. Good start, at least. Nothing like a true ultimate weapon, but it'll get you through the main game on Galaxy just fine.
