Is this Poem OK? school homework!?
i've wrote this poem for my homework, it about how i think hunting crocodiles is wrong. Our task was to write a poem or rap on a subject that made us angry. The reason this specific subject makes me angry is because crocodiles are one of my favorite animals, this is what ive done;
Sofia..(crocodile)
Slowly gliding through the water,
Looking for something they can slaughter,
Eyes popping above sea level,
Making it look much like the devil,
Giving you the wrong idea,
This deffenseless animal i named Sophia,
Was there really any need to hunt it down,
Now you've gone and made me frown.
You made it's skin into a purse,
if only your actions, i could reverse
What your doing is vile,
You should save, not hurt, the crocodile.
Does it all make sense? can you think of any ways i can improve it? thanks!
Everything is awesome! Except... The first two lines of the second stanza, it doesnt really make sense.
