Tiffany Necklace. HELP!?
Okay, trying to buy a nice gift for a friend. I was looking at the Elsa Peretti "Diamonds by the yard pendant"

Tiffany+ half carat rock=$275! Something ain't right. (Crappy diamond?)
Does anybody have any experience with this? Bought one? own it? Seen one in person?
I'm currently deployed to South West Asia, so I can't cruise down to Tiffany's and put eyes on it. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
I agree with the other answer- tiffany has a high reputation and everything that they sell is of the highest quality. I would deff stick with that necklace because it is so pretty and it's actually the one that I was about to buy. Besides, they don't just make one and take a picture of it, so if you buy it maybe the one that you receive will look better than it does in the picture. sometimes pics don't really help the appearance of diamonds. but overall stick with it- its beautiful!
